## Supersession

The earlier RC5.7 macOS package is superseded by RC5.7.1 because the earlier macOS package did not include the complete daemon installer payload.

RC5.7.1 corrects the macOS installer payload by including:

- GAL-2 daemon binary
- LaunchDaemon service
- daemon wrapper
- configuration template
- logs directory
- daemon bootstrap behavior

## Boundary

RC5.7.1 is a packaging and installer correction around the RC5.7 daemon binary.

It does not introduce a new runtime or a new Time Contract version.

It does not claim a fresh 72-hour duration run of a new runtime.

It is a customer-installable evaluator preview, not final enterprise production certification.
